Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure-based solutions, with a focus on scalability, security, and agility.
- Collaborate with developers, cloud engineers, test engineers, and project managers to implement cloud engineering best practices and ensure project work is completed on time.
- Develop and maintain Azure security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
- Implement Kubernetes to new platforms and services, to ensure efficient orchestration of containers and management of applications. (AKS)
- Provision and automate infrastructure utilizing Terraform.
Skills required:
- 4 years+ experience as DevOps/Cloud Engineer , with a speciality in the Azure Cloud Platform.
- Strong experience in containerization, understanding Docker well. Not just managing containers, but designing and deploying them too.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python.
- Strong experience in building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Good experience using Terraform using infrastructure as code principals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
